Originally from the East Coast, Meghan’s love of movement began during her time as a theater major at Point Park University. A Pittsburgh native residing in Long Beach, she has spent the past decade teaching yoga, offering Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin classes that emphasize mindful movement and nervous system support.

“It’s an honor to be sharing this work. If you found yourself on this page - consider it your invitation to come back to yourself. Breathwork doesn’t promise an end result, it supports you through daily choices that keep you anchored and grounded in your truth. As you move through past trauma, current challenges, and explore uncharted territory of the future - choosing yourself is the greatest gift.”

Testimonials

“During the session I felt myself working through all the tension I was holding in my chest. I became more aware of my body and how I was restricting myself from taking full breaths. After the session I felt very relaxed and tranquil. I noticed that my breath came easier as well.” - Chris

“I just wanted to say thank you. You held the space so beautifully, and I left the session feeling grounded, inspired, and truly connected to myself. I felt safe, seen, and fully guided throughout. Your gentle reminders and the way you gave permission to move and make sound helped me release so much. That invitation really unlocked something for me.” -Punam

“At the end of the breathwork where I was told to sit up and open my eyes when I was ready, I was in a very calm and peaceful state sitting there with my eyes closed. I could have just sat there with my eyes closed for another 10 minutes because I felt so at peace and calm. After the session I felt very relaxed and I did feel carefree and as though nothing or no one could bother me or irritate me, even if they tried. The session gave me a sense of relief and a reminder of, nothing is that important in life as is our ability to simply breath and be alive” -Alex
